Job Description :-
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Able to write SQL scripts to resolve database related problems.
• Experience with and a thorough understanding of XML and FTP.
• A solid grasp of database maintenance, backup and restore procedures.
• A thorough understanding of SQL Server installation and configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot environmentally caused errors (.Net, firewalls, FTP communication, and server slowness).
• Able to locate problem source by searching through application and system generated event logs.
• Excellent customer service skills (with at least 2 years support experience).
• Experience using a CRM tool to track work and communicate with customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, and 7 operating systems.
