• To supervise the overall management of assets those are under the control of the store concerned.
• To provide Management Representation Statement covering assets management at the end of the financial year.
• To match assets received with a purchase requisition, purchase order and stores delivery advice.
• Check sales invoices, sales return & cash memo.
• Check all entries of goods purchased.
• Check MFG dates of all products in store.
• Check all gate pass & challans.
• Handling Back office processing and operations.
• Handling a team of store members and maintaining proper co-ordination with them.
• Handling records day to day.
• Handling Queries (Raised by store members).
• Maintaining stock details of store.
• Prepare stock report (Month wise) of store.
• Taking feedback from customers about the services that they had purchased through e-mail.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ request.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
• Process orders, forms and applications.
